Learn about membershipYou have the prescription. Now you need the nutrition and lifestyle education to make the most of it and build habits that hold when the medication period ends.
Nausea, low appetite, digestive discomfort. This course gives you practical tools for navigating early side effects through food choices and daily habits.
Rapid weight loss on GLP-1 medications can include muscle loss. You will learn why protein and movement matter more during this period and how to protect what you are building.
Medication is one piece. The habits, the nutrition foundation, and the behavioral structure you build now are what determine your long-term results.
This course fills that gap. It is the structured lifestyle and nutrition education layer that most prescribing practices do not have time to provide.
Whether you are months in or approaching the end of your program, the habits you build now determine what comes next. It is never too late to build the foundation.

I have been on this journey personally. It took me a year to reach my goal weight on a GLP-1 medication, and I micro-dose now to maintain. Even as a Nutrition Educator, I found myself having to go back to the research. The low appetite changed everything. I had to rethink how I was building my plate, educate myself on the specifics of how these medications interact with metabolism, and get intentional about protein and weight training in a way I had not needed to before.
What surprised me most was the gap in support. I had friends going through the same journey and I was helping them navigate it between appointments, answering the questions their providers did not have time to address. The medication was being prescribed. The lifestyle education was not.
I built this course to close that gap. Everything in it came from my own experience, my nutrition background, and the real questions people are asking when they are in the middle of this process with no one to turn to between visits. It is practical, non-medical, and built for real life.
Every module builds on the last. Work through in sequence from the beginning, or return to specific modules as your needs and phase change.
Orientation to the course, how to use it, and what to prioritize first. Sets the context and the framework for everything that follows.
